• Application refers to Mocha, the software program provided by the Company.

• Device means any device that can access the Application such as a smartphone, smartwatch or digital tablet.

• You means the individual accessing or using the Application, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Application, as applicable.

The Application does not collect any usage data, except transiently as part of its immediate operation. All data is stored only on Your Device.

The Company does not use Your Personal Data for any purposes

2.3. Retention of Your Personal Data

No Personal Data is retained by The Company. Data transiently relating to Your usage of the Application exists only on Your Device.

2.4. Delete Your Personal Data

Uninstall the Application to delete any data held on Your Device as part of the Application. If the Device is backed-up by a third party then be aware that transient data relating to the Application’s use may be retained by the back-up process, and it is Your responsibility to manage this.

2.5. Security of Your Personal Data

Data transiently relating to Your usage of the Application exists only on Your Device, the security of which is Your responsibility.

3. Children’s Privacy

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13.

4. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
